Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ViewMeld website, software, and purchases made through our checkout provider.

Last updated: April 11, 2026

These policies apply to purchases and support requests made through the official ViewMeld website and checkout.

Using ViewMeld

By accessing the ViewMeld website, downloading the software, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the site, software, or checkout.

License and permitted use

ViewMeld is sold as a software license, not as a transfer of intellectual property ownership.

When you purchase ViewMeld, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own internal use, subject to the license scope shown at purchase.

  • The current standard license is sold as a one-time purchase and supports activation on up to three machines.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the license except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • You may not use ViewMeld to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with the site, software, or checkout experience.

Orders, billing, and delivery

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Pricing, taxes, and payment methods shown at checkout are part of your order.

Because ViewMeld is a digital product, license delivery and order confirmation are handled electronically after payment is accepted.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

Site availability and product changes

We may update the website, software, pricing, and product details from time to time. We may also fix bugs, ship updates, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

We aim to keep the website and checkout available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewMeld will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the site or software.

Contact and policy changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The updated version applies from the date it is published.

If you have questions about these terms, use the support page and choose Billing and licensing when relevant.
