Digital product scope

ViewMeld is sold as a digital software product with electronic delivery. No physical goods are shipped.

This refund policy applies to purchases completed through the official ViewMeld website and Paddle checkout.

Standard refund window

We offer refunds for first-time ViewMeld purchases requested within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.

After that period, refunds are generally not available unless required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, use the support page and choose Billing and licensing.

Please include the details that will help us locate the order:

  • The purchase email address used at checkout.
  • The order or transaction reference, if you have it.
  • A short description of the reason for the request.

Refund review and exclusions

Refund requests are reviewed in good faith and may be declined where a request falls outside the refund window, involves abuse, or conflicts with prior refunds or chargebacks on the same order.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

Processing time

If a refund is approved, the refund will be sent back through the original payment method. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on Paddle, your bank, and your payment provider.
